10 out of 10!. An amazing company, professional, skilled, caring company- which is so rare to find these days. Every person met from this company -Peter who designed and quoted for our room , listened to what we wanted and designed our new bedroom accordingly and not once did we feel any pressure to buy. Jack and Jamie who took our old bedroom out, friendly, helpful , kind and very hard working. Then the stars of the show Matt , Paulo and Wayne who made it a reality. Professional, skilled , hardworking who went out of their way to ensure we had the room of our dreams. As 2 pensioners this could have been a worrying and stressful time ( based on many other home improvements we have had in the past) and although we wanted the work doing we were dreading it happening , however this was not the experience we had from this company. I can't believe I am saying this but in spite of the to be expected upheaval we really enjoyed having the teams in our home and the whole experience has been a joyful one - what a way for our last of our home improvements to finish. A big thank you to one and all at Robes and Rails.

What a great experience from start to finish. We requested a visit from Robes n Rails after we had visited their showroom in Lincoln. The staff were professional and not a bit pushy. We were given suggestions and the service was faultless. After ordering we were absolutely chuffed with the fitting of the wardrobes. The team who arrived were amazing. Polite, professional and extremely good at what they did. The product is fantastic. I cannot fault the service received by Robes n Rails and I would 100% recommend.
